Ballads

I am so into ballads that modern-day music doesn't really match my cup of tea. Any songs that has a slow to mid-tempo, mix with the pain of the lyrics, the message of the song, the meaning of the song and the delivery done by the singer itself, is what I truly live for in any ballads... Can you tell that I'm in love with ballads...???

My all time favourite ballads:
1. Someone Like You - Adele
2. Tak Dianggap - Lyodra
3. Tega - Tiara Andini

RnB

Another one of my favourite genre since growing up is RnB. The mixture elements of gospel, jazz, blues and a lil' bit of pop entice my musical being. The all time favourite versatile singers would be Whitney Houston, Jennifer Hudson and even Mariah Carey. Now all the other artists I've mentioned above are what I grew up listening to.

My favourite songs from each one of them would be uncountable, but simplified view:
1. The Greatest Love of All - Whitney Houston
2. I Still Believe - Mariah Carey
3. The Impossible Dream - Jennifer Hudson

Classical

While my new generation may not like classics, personally, they're all a masterpiece. It usually conveys emotions and words that even if you as a listener does not have the appropriate ears for, but every syncopated notes flung to the air and into the ears are beautifully understood by heart. It just goes to show that music doesn't necessarily need to one language or phonetically understood because what matters is the sound and how it strung your heart's strings.

My favourite piece in classical music would be:
1. Adagio in G Minor,
2. Ave Maria, CG 89A,
3. Swan Lake.
